I'm Felicia Steinle, a product analytics consultant and product leader with 10+ years building at the intersection of product, data, and systems.

My career has been spent solving one problem in different contexts: the gap between what product teams measure and what they actually decide. I've built measurement frameworks, data platforms, and decision infrastructure across complex product portfolios — work that required aligning stakeholders, governing data at scale, and making analytics actually useful to the people closest to the product.
